Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage®, which includes:

  • Nationwide delivery in 2–5 business days

  • Tracking number provided with every shipment

  • Flat-rate shipping: $9.95 (U.S. only)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders ship out within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • Tracking info will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on the move

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives late, damaged, or doesn’t show up:

  • Contact support@polishedsin.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable

  • We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue or send a replacement if eligible

Make Sure Your Address Is Correct

We ship based on what you enter — please triple-check your shipping info at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
