Refund Policy

At Polished Sin, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within reason. Here's how we handle refunds and returns.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (chemicals, detailing sprays, and tools), all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@polishedsin.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders with incorrect shipping info entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by USPS or other carriers after the package has shipped

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they are already processing and cannot be stopped.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
